GreenShoots Foundation
GreenShoots was founded in 2010 and takes a holistic approach to development promoting programmes that combine economic development with food and agriculture, education and medical aid. It has implemented three programmes in six countries – Myanmar, Vietnam, Kyrgyzstand, India, the Philippines and Cambodia.
A donation has been made, under the Innovation for Change category, towards the charity’s Food, Agriculture & Social Entrepreneurship (FASE) programme in Cambodia. The charity is establishing a Vocational Training Centre in NW Cambodia and the funding supports the educational component of this project.
